Service Description
Request kitchen time at $30 per hour, with a three-hour minimum ($90). Setup, preparation, cleaning and checkout must fit within your reserved time. Available 24/7, subject to existing reservations. One tenant at a time. Requests hold the time while awaiting owner approval; they do not authorize kitchen access. Email your signed agreement, person-in-charge certificate and insurance to cmjph3@outlook.com for review. A $125 refundable security deposit and all agreement first-use requirements must be completed before use. No payment is collected when submitting this request.
Cancellation Policy
Requests hold the time pending owner approval. Email cmjph3@outlook.com for cancellations or rescheduling; the owner handles changes and refunds under your signed agreement. Kitchen use requires the approved contract, person-in-charge certificate, insurance and all first-use requirements. Venue confirmation requires the signed agreement and 50% retainer. Setup and cleanup must fit within the reserved time. Kitchen: $30/hour, three-hour minimum. Venue: $350 for four hours; add-ons separate; $125 per hour for overruns, not an extension option.
